3. Abandoned Packages

If a customer abandons, refuses, or fails to collect an order at the designated shipping carrier location, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Orders abandoned at the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled and are not refundable under any circumstances.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information
